★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único ponto negativo é o tempo de espera que é justificável pois o processo de extração não é igual para todas as pessoas e a demora pode deixar aflitos aqueles que não gostam muito de dentista(por causa daquele motorzinho).
De resto um excelente serviço, profissional atencioso.
Extraí 3 sisos e o processo foi bem rápido e tive boa recuperação.
 The only downside is the waiting time, which is justifiable as the extraction process is not the same for all people and the delay can make those who don't like dentists afflicted (because of that little engine).
Otherwise, excellent service, attentive professional.
I extracted 3 wisdom teeth and the process was very fast and I had a good recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dentista é maravilhoso, tinha muita medo da experiência de extração de siso, o dentista foi rápido e foi bem mais simples do que eu esperava. Realmente sobre a questão de espera é demorado, mas pelo servico em si é algo que compensa.
The dentist is wonderful, I was very afraid of the wisdom extraction experience, the dentist was quick and it was much simpler than I expected. The wait is really long, but for the service itself it's something that makes up for it.

Ao entrar a recepcionista não dá nem boa tarde, grossa, mandou o acompanhante se retirar ( não estamos na pandemia ativa e tinham várias cadeiras disponíveis) .
Péssimo atendimento, recepcionista não sabe recepcionar NINGUÉM!
Conclusão: péssimo atendimento!
Não indico de jeito algum!
We waited outside for a good time, in the heat and standing.
When entering, the receptionist doesn't even say good afternoon, rude, told the companion to leave (we are not in the active pandemic and there were several chairs available).
Terrible service, receptionist doesn't know how to welcome ANYONE!
Conclusion: terrible service!
I do not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Giordano é um profissional sem igual! Fui em um dia de muito movimento e demorei em torno de 2h10 após o horário agendado para ser atendida, o procedimento foi muito rápido e fui bem atendida. Eu recomendo este lugar!
Dr. Giordano is an unparalleled professional! I went on a busy day and it took around 2h10 after the scheduled time to be seen, the procedure was very fast and I was well attended. I recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui para a minha primeira consulta, pois tinha inúmeras dúvidas em relação a cirurgia do dente siso. Levei a panorâmica, conforme a atendente tinha orientado. Passei mais de duas horas aguardando um atendimento, e para a minha surpresa não fui nem atendida... A assistente levou o meu exame e em seguida voltou dizendo que o Dr informou que eu precisaria fazer uma tomografia e retornar para realizar a cirurgia, e que o plano não cobre o exame solicitado, mas que se eu quisesse poderia fazer a cirurgia do dente superior, sendo que em nenhum momento ele me consultou e explicou sobre o procedimento. VALE RESSALTAR QUE EM NENHUM MOMENTO ELE ME ATENDEU, ou seja, nem olhou a situação do meu dente ou esclareceu minhas dúvidas. Nunca que irei voltar nesse local, inclusive entrei em contato com a central da hapvida e deixei minha reclamação.
Today I went to my first appointment, as I had numerous doubts about wisdom tooth surgery. I took the panoramic, as the attendant had instructed. I spent more than two hours waiting for an appointment, and to my surprise I was not even attended... The assistant took my exam and then came back saying that the Dr informed me that I would need to have a tomography and return for the surgery, and that the plan does not cover the requested exam, but that if I wanted, I could have surgery on my upper tooth, and at no time did he consult me and explain about the procedure. IT IS RELEVANT THAT AT NO TIME HE ASSISTED ME, that is, he did not even look at the situation of my tooth or clarify my doubts. I'll never go back to that location, I even got in touch with the hapvida center and left my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da clínica, e pra minha surpresa tive o pior atendimento de toda a minha vida.
A recepcionista foi super mal educada ao me receber, além de termos esperado um tempo do lado de fora até que alguém abrisse a porta, ela abriu a porta e deu as costas sem nem ao menos cumprimentar, de as costas e voltou a ficar no celular. Para completar, ao informar que iríamos para a Dr. Bruna, ela disse que as consultas de hoje estavam desmarcadas pois a Dr. estava doente. E mesmo a clínica tendo 2 contatos de d celular/whats e 2 emails, eu não recebi nenhuma informação sobre o cancelamento.
Jamais voltarei aqui, vim apenas perder tempo e dinheiro.
I just got out of the clinic, and to my surprise I had the worst service of my entire life.
The receptionist was super rude when receiving me, in addition to having to wait a while outside until someone opened the door, she opened the door and turned her back without even greeting me, turned her back and went back to her cell phone . To complete, when informing that we would go to Dr. Bruna, she said that today's appointments were unbooked because Dr. was sick. And even though the clinic had 2 cell phone/whats contacts and 2 emails, I didn't receive any information about the cancellation.
I will never come back here, I just came here to waste time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O doutor Giordano é um excelente profissional. O consultório é limpo, organizado e agradável, assim como a sala de espera, que tem ar condicionado e cadeiras confortáveis. O atendimento é excelente, o doutor tem paciência na hora da consulta. No meu caso isso é importantíssimo, pois morro de medo de agulhas, mas o doutor foi muito paciente durante todo o procedimento da extração dos meus sisos. A doutora Bruna também é excelente, muito educada e simpática. Adorei o atendimento, recomendo demais essa clínica. Voltarei sempre!!
Dr Giordano is an excellent professional. The office is clean, organized and pleasant, as is the waiting room, which has air conditioning and comfortable chairs. The service is excellent, the doctor is patient at the time of the consultation. In my case, this is very important, as I am terrified of needles, but the doctor was very patient throughout the procedure for my wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Bruna is also excellent, very polite and friendly. I loved the service, I highly recommend this clinic. I will always come back!!
