★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda. A dona rebaixa os clientes, quando os mesmos voltam. Trabalham com as piores marcas para oferecer preço e acham que por isso não precisam ter um bom pós venda. Então tratam bem na hora de vender. Mas no pós venda, te tratam mal, te rebaixam, te chamam de pobre por ter comprado algo com defeito e tentar exercer seu direito de troca.
Poor after sale. The owner downgrades the customers when they come back. They work with the worst brands to offer price and think that they don't need to have a good after sales. So treat well when selling. But after sales, they treat you badly, demean you, call you poor for buying something defective and trying to exercise your right to trade.

Ao comprar um produto com defeito e sem certificado de garantia, fui acusada de mentirosa pelos donos da loja, que se recusaram a trocar o produto que eu havia comprado há menos de 2 horas no local. Se recusaram a fazer a troca, à devolver o dinheiro, e à estornar o valor no meu cartão. Além de ter sido ofendida enquanto a dona da loja contava os bens materiais que tem, com sarcasmos, dizendo não precisar dos clientes pra viver. Até que, quando finalmente aconteceu o estorno, a dona nos"proibiu" de pisar na calçada da loja.
Bad experience. When buying a defective product without warranty, I was accused of lying by the owners of the store, who refused to exchange the product that I had purchased for less than two hours on site. They refused to make the exchange, return the money, and reverse the amount on my card. In addition to being offended while the shopkeeper recounted the material goods she has, with sarcasm, saying she didn't need the customers to live. Until, when the chargeback finally took place, the owner "forbade" us to step on the sidewalk of the store.
