Comprei um piso de 2ª para área de serviço... 62 mts e paguei no dinheiro.
Perguntei se o piso vinha quebrado e a vendedora falou que não, apenas umas bolhazinhas. Comprei 01 caixa a mais, para ter não preocupação, mas chegaram na totalidade duas caixas com pisos quebrados da mesma forma. Pra quem pagou 02 mil à vista esquentará com 48 reais. Informei a vendedora Daniela isso no ato do recebimento, pois identifiquei 02 pisos. Mas a senhorita agora fala que não pode trocar, pois existe uma "lei" que pode ter 02 pisos danificados por caixa. Não vou prolongar o assunto, mas a lógica é que não é o piso que é de 2ª e sim a loja. Lastimável! É duro ser honesto num mundo desses.
