 Very complete store. Good service, but should have more employees, sometimes they need to serve more than one customer at a time.

I had nothing I was looking for ... Missing underwear and socks. Then it gets hard. Very good service. What is missing is merchandise.

A small store, but great service, super attentive attendants, great prices and all the best products I love to buy at lupo, I highly recommend it.

Além da simpatia, não esquecem nosso nome, sabem do tamanho dos produtos que usamos e se solicitamos algo que não tem na loja, nos avisam pelo WhatsApp assim que chega na loja. Estão de parabéns... é a melhor Lupo que já fomos.
Mesmo qdo estou em outro shopping, se precisamos de algo da Lupo, vamos até o Jd Sul para comprar com elas.
The store at Shopping Jd Sul is simply fantastic. Extremely qualified and polite attendants. A special compliment to Vanessa and Carol who always attend us. In addition to being friendly, they don't forget our name, they know the size of the products we use and if we request something that is not in the store, they let us know through WhatsApp as soon as it arrives at the store. Congratulations... it's the best Lupo we've ever been.
Even when I'm at another mall, if we need something from Lupo, we'll go to Jd Sul to shop with them.
