★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma troca na Havaianas do Jd. Sul e o atendimento foi péssimo, desde a operadora de caixa até a vendedora. Fico chocada como as pessoas não entendem que atender bem em qualquer etapa da venda é importante. Desdenhosas e indispostas. Não recomendo!
I went to make an exchange at Havaianas do Jd. South and the service was terrible, from the cashier to the seller. I am shocked how people do not understand that serving well at any stage of the sale is important. Disdainful and indisposed. I do not recommend!

Fui no sábado do fim de semana do dia das mães, e uma das vendedoras foi extremamente mal educaca, tentando empurrar o produto a qualquer custo, absurdamente mal educada, e sem interesse algum de procurar o número que solicitamos. Vi muita gente dando a volta e indo embora, péssimo!
Completely out of Havaianas standards. I went on the Saturday of the Mother's Day weekend, and one of the salespeople was extremely rude, trying to push the product at any cost, absurdly rude, and with no interest in looking for the number we asked for. I saw a lot of people turning around and leaving, terrible!

Eu escolhi a peça e a vendedora, do nada, apareceu na fila do caixa, não perguntou meu nome (só disse boa noite; pelo menos isso), tirou a etiqueta do chinelo, colocou na comanda dela e foi-se embora para tirar pedido de outra pessoa. Não adianta ter uma loja bonita se o “tirador de pedido” não atende bem. Lamentável.
Bad shopping experience. I chose the piece and the saleswoman, out of nowhere, appeared in the checkout line, didn't ask my name (I just said good night; at least that), took the slipper tag, put it on her order and left to take the order. from someone else. It's no use having a beautiful store if the "order taker" doesn't serve well. Unfortunate.
