Liguei para a loja na tentativa de fazer uma troca , que acho ser direito do consumidor.
Fui muito mal atendido e tive a ligação finalizada sem nenhuma solução. Creio que isso não é padrão lupo .

I bought a pair of masks and didn't notice they were kids. I only noticed when I opened the package and realized the size.
I called the store in an attempt to make an exchange, which I think is the consumer's right.
I was very poorly attended and had the call ended without any solution. I believe this is not loup pattern.
