Estou vivendo uma péssima experiência e de total falta de respeito com esta loja, estão agindo como estelionatários.
Fiz uma compra no dia 06/08/2020 de uma Panela Termocera através do site da Magazine Luiza e até hoje dia 21/08/2020 não recebi a compra, a nota fiscal se quer foi emitida, o produto não foi enviado. Tentei contato por mensagens pelo site, mas fui ignorado, não responderam, total descaso e falta de respeito com o cliente. E detalhe, receberam o pagamento e não dão nenhum tipo de satisfação, simplesmente receberão e não entregaram o produto. Tudo indica prática de estelionato. TOMEM MUITO CUIDADO ANTES DE FAZER COMPRAS NESTA LOJA.
I don't recommend this store, don't buy it!
I am living a terrible experience and a total lack of respect with this store, they are acting like fraudsters.
I made a purchase on 08/06/2020 of a Termocera Pan through the Magazine Luiza website and until today 08/21/2020 I have not received the purchase, the invoice if it was issued, the product was not sent. I tried to contact them through messages on the site, but I was ignored, they did not respond, total neglect and lack of respect with the customer. And detail, they received the payment and do not give any kind of satisfaction, they will simply receive and did not deliver the product. Everything indicates practice of fraud. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SHOPPING IN THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, comprei uma vez paguei MAIS CARO para chegar no dia e no final chegou no outro (dei um ponto porque entregador disse que chamou e ninguém atendeu) ... Comprei hoje novamente paguei novamente mais caro e até agora nada, o produto saiu para entrega as 15:48 da tarde já são 22:02 da noite e até agora nada , mando mensagem e estão me ignorando a tarde toda , um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente... Perdeu uma cliente !!!!
Bad company, I bought it once, I paid MORE EXPENSIVE to arrive on the day and in the end it arrived the next day (I gave a point because the delivery man said he called and no one answered)... I bought it again today, I paid more expensively and so far nothing, the product came out for delivery at 15:48 pm it is already 22:02 pm and still nothing, I send a message and they are ignoring me all afternoon, a real disregard for the customer... You lost a customer !!!!
