Luxx are two stores, one for makeup and the other for nail materials. One in front of the other. Super attentive attendants. Super fair product prices, and easy access, inside the Madureira market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então, o lugar é bom! Só não tem tanta coisa como eu imaginava( coisas pra unha) o preço é bom, mas nada muito além do normal, pra quem mora por perto vale a pena, já quem vem de outros locais, não creio que seja vantagem, pois gasta passagem e anda bastante.
So, the place is good! It just doesn't have as much as I imagined (things for nails) the price is good, but nothing much more than normal, for those who live nearby it is worth it, since those who come from other places, I don't think it is an advantage, because they spend their tickets and walks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem 8/2/22 minha irmã e eu fizemos uma compra de R$ 297,48 no Site da loja LUXXMAKEUP. Minha irmã comprou pra mim co cartão dela. Já tinha sido debitado no cartão até então ok! Hoje de manhã me mandaram um zap perguntando se poderiam me ligar, respondi que sim. Uma funcionária chamada Verônica disse que como a compra tinha sido feito no cartão da minha irmã que eu teria que mandar foto do RG dela, minha irmã retornou o contato se sentindo desconfortada pois todas nós sabemos que hoje em dia não podemos fornecer foto de documentos a não ser na hora do pagamento e isso já tinha sido feito. A funcionária ainda ameaçou a não enviar a compra já paga caso não tivesse a foto do RG da minha irmã. Estamos acostumadas fazer compras em sites e isso nunca nos aconteceu! Absurdo isso! Então por conta desse transtorno cancelamos a compra de R$297,48 mesmo minha irmã mandando fotos da página preenchida no site da loja na hora da compra. A funcionária respondeu que ainda levaria 3 (três) dias para estornar, eu trabalho com isso e sei que não são três dias. Isso se faz na hora.
Péssima experiência além de muito estranho esse tratamento.
Yesterday 8/2/22 my sister and I made a purchase of R$ 297.48 on the LUXXMAKEUP store website. My sister bought it for me with her card. It had already been debited on the card until then ok! This morning they sent me a zap asking if they could call me, I said yes. An employee named Veronica said that as the purchase had been made on my sister's card that I would have to send a photo of her ID, my sister returned the contact feeling uncomfortable because we all know that nowadays we cannot provide a photo of documents to not be at the time of payment and that had already been done. The employee even threatened not to send the purchase already paid if she didn't have the photo of my sister's ID. We are used to shopping on websites and this has never happened to us! Absurd that! So, because of this inconvenience, we canceled the purchase of R$297.48 even though my sister sent photos of the page filled in on the store's website at the time of purchase. The employee replied that it would still take 3 (three) days to refund, I work with it and I know it's not three days. This is done on time.
Bad experience and very strange treatment.
