★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento. Estou há dois meses quase aguardando resposta no whatsapp pq estava faltando um composto no meu medicamento. Eles demoram muito a responder e tratam com descaso. Parece que estão fazendo um favor. Eu mandei receita em fevereiro e nunca me responderam. Aí fui tentar de novo, fui respondida mas até hoje to aguardando a tal resposta da falta do tal composto. SURREAL.
terrible attendance. I have been waiting for a reply on whatsapp for two months because I was missing a compound in my medicine. They take too long to respond and treat them neglectfully. It looks like they're doing you a favor. I sent a prescription in February and they never answered me. Then I went to try again, I was answered but until today I am waiting for such an answer due to the lack of such compound. SURREAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu medicamento estava para ser entregue na sexta. A atendente me confirmou cedo a entrega. Quando foi 17:00 horas, a mesma atendente me disse que tiveram problema na manipulação e q não teria previsão para entrega. Perdi um dia de trabalho aguardando a entrega. Ao questionar q o medicamento estava a caminho e de repente não estava mais, pararam de me responder no WhatsApp, liguei e foram super grosseiros, disseram que a gerente entraria em contato e estou aguardando até agora.
My medicine was due to be delivered on Friday. The attendant confirmed the delivery to me early. When it was 17:00 hours, the same attendant told me that they had a problem with the handling and that there was no forecast for delivery. I lost a day of work waiting for delivery. When questioning that the drug was on the way and suddenly it wasn't anymore, they stopped answering me on WhatsApp, I called and they were super rude, they said the manager would get in touch and I'm waiting until now.
