★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por indicação de uma amiga. Cheguei com um quadro de problemas no nervo ciático com muita dificuldade para me locomover; realizei a primeira sessão de reiki + reflexologia. O plano de tratamento foi alternando uma semana realizava reiki e na seguinte reflexologia, a melhora foi sentida a partir do primeiro dia. Reflexologia: não conhecia essa terapia, foi uma experiência sensacional jamais imaginaria que meus pés poderiam ter tanta influência com o meu corpo todo, tive partes da planta do pé que só vim sentir depois dessa terapia. Foi muito positiva para abertura de canais do meu corpo que estava bloqueadas e colocar tudo em pleno funcionamento. Adorei. Reiki: ativar os chakras, limpar meu corpo e com essa terapia reativar a sinergia entre corpo e mente. Cheguei totalmente debilitada, com muitas dores no joelho, insônia, sem disposição para realizar pequenas tarefas em casa, enfim, ao final do tratamento terapêutico, conseguimos uma melhora significativa física, mental e principalmente emocional. Corpo e mente agindo na mesma sintonia. Gratidão eterna a Sheila que fez o melhor por mim em todos os momentos. Em breve volto para uma revisão. Só tenho que agradecer a todos pelo apoio (Sheila, Rosana e Mentores de Luz).
I went on the recommendation of a friend. I arrived with a picture of sciatic nerve problems with great difficulty in getting around; performed the first reiki + reflexology session. The treatment plan was alternating one week performing reiki and in the following reflexology, improvement was felt from the first day. Reflexology: I didn't know about this therapy, it was a sensational experience, I would never have imagined that my feet could have such an influence on my whole body, I had parts of the sole of my foot that I only came to feel after this therapy. It was very positive for opening channels in my body that were blocked and getting everything back in full swing. I loved it. Reiki: activate the chakras, clean my body and with this therapy reactivate the synergy between body and mind. I arrived totally debilitated, with a lot of pain in the knee, insomnia, unwilling to perform small tasks at home, finally, at the end of the therapeutic treatment, we achieved a significant physical, mental and especially emotional improvement. Body and mind acting on the same wavelength. Eternal gratitude to Sheila who did her best for me at all times. I'll be back soon for a review. I just have to thank everyone for their support (Sheila, Rosana and Mentors of Light).
