★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de fazer um elogio a loja. Comprei uma cama box e um colchão em outubro do ano passado. A cama teve um problema no primeiro mes de uso, e prontamente eles realizaram a troca.... O colchão tbm deu problema, após 5 meses de uso.... e eles realizaram a troca na mesma semana que eu reclamei. Atendimento sem igual.... Afinal, eu como vendedora digo com propriedade: vc conquista um cliente mais no pós venda, do que na venda propriamente dita. A todos do Luzita Colchões, muito obrigada pelo atendimento prestado.

The mattress also had a problem, after 5 months of use.... and they exchanged it the same week I complained. Unparalleled service....
