A comunicação foi muito clara, resposta sempre rápida, observando detalhes importantes do processo, pegaram o documento um dia antes como pedi, e na entrega me posicionaram ponto a ponto, me passando detalhes do atendimento e o que podiam para comprovar a entrega, já que o Consulado não entrega protocolo. Certamente usarei o serviço novamente quando precisar. Muito grata à Larissa e ao Vicente pelo ótimo atendimento!
I had to forward my passport to the US Consulate in São Paulo, and I confess that I was a little insecure about sending it through a carrier, but I found LV with a good rating and I was very satisfied with the service. Communication was very clear, response was always fast, observing important details of the process, they took the document the day before as I asked, and on delivery they positioned me point by point, giving me details of the service and what they could to prove the delivery, since the Consulate does not deliver protocol. I will certainly use the service again when I need to. Very grateful to Larissa and Vicente for the great service!
