★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente os funcionários não facilitam a vida do cliente fui comprar duas carretilhas para uma motoserra Stihl. Na Miguel Rosa só tinha uma, comprei. Ai fui a loja da João XXlll onde o atendente disse não ter nenhuma. Mas que na Miguel Rosa de onde eu vinha constava umas 3 no estoque. Contei que vinha de lá e que não tinha. Ele entrou no sistema de novo e disse que na loja do liceu tinha 5. Que eu fosse lá. Desisti e disse que não iria lá por ser uma loja de difícil estacionamento. Ele poderia ter me dado a opção de pedir a peça para eu pegar no outro dia. O atendimento acabou neste momento. Ele nem se prontificou a ligar para confirmar o estoque da loja do liceu. Já que o estoque da loja da Miguel Rosa estava furado. A do liceu também poderia estar e ser uma perda de tempo.
The employees don't really make the customer's life easier. I went to buy two reels for a Stihl chain saw. At Miguel Rosa there was only one, I bought it. Then I went to João XXlll's store where the clerk said he didn't have any. But in Miguel Rosa, where I came from, there were 3 in the stock. I told him that I came from there and that I didn't have one. He logged into the system again and said that at the high school store there was 5. Let me go there. I gave up and said I would not go there because it is a store with difficult parking. He could have given me the option to order the piece for me to pick up the other day. The service ended at this point. He didn't even call to confirm the stock at the high school store. Since Miguel Rosa's stock was punctured. The high school one could also be and be a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações externas estão um pouco precárias ,o aspecto visual não é bom ,mas é uma loja cheia de variedades em ferramentas e a localização é boa , o interior é bem organizado e limpo.
The outside facilities are a little run down, the visual aspect is not good, but it is a shop full of varieties in tools and the location is good, the interior is well organized and clean.

It lacks more employees, there is only one cashier. I went in there and the girl was even scared. Who doesn't? A store that size and only one person serving.
