Não comprem apartamentos dessa construtora, entre no reclame aqui antes e terão certeza de não comprar, apartamentos com vazamentos, problemas de construção, quando vc precisa da garantia alegam que é de um ano e no código é de 5 anos após a entrega do imóvel para problemas não aparentes, nem mandam um tecnico para ver se realmente é um problema deles ou não, ama atendente Viviane mal te ouve não te dão nenhuma opção. NÃO COMPREM CILADA !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A MP Construtora é o melhor exemplo de empresa da qual você não deve comprar. Não entregam não prazo, prometem uma coisa e entregam outra com qualidade abaixo do prometido. Não paga o que deve nem após decisão judicial. Não recomendo em hipótese nenhuma.
MP Construtora is the best example of a company you shouldn't buy from. They do not deliver on time, promise one thing and deliver another with a quality below the promised. He does not pay what he owes even after a court decision. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
