★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início fui bem atendida, a vendedora Ludmila muito simpática. Mas a mesma não tem informações técnicas importantes frente a compra da porta pivotante. Ela me vendeu produto de mostruário sem me informar, e me cobrou o valor de novo, sem nenhum desconto. Ainda me entregou a porta com uma rachadura na emenda onde existe o pivot da porta! Recebi a mesma sem informações de montagem e pra piorar a situação com a ausência de acessórios correspondentes.
O que aconteceu? Logicamente a porta não abria e estalou, danificando mais a parte que tinha a rachadura e óbvio que a loja não quis se responsabilizar.
Fiquei muito estressada e nunca mais farei negócios com essa loja. O valor pago foi muito alto. Fiquei 4 dias sem uma porta na minha casa, minha intenção era ter segurança e fiquei sem nenhuma.
Não houve prioridade ao cliente em momento nenhum, nem mesmo com a ausência de segurança da minha residência. Lamentável!
A peça correta era para ter sido entregue junto com a porta o que não foi feito.
Fiquei esperando o material correto chegar em minha casa que só ocorreu no final da tarde de terça, impossibilitando qualquer trabalho nesse dia. E ainda tive que contratar um marceneiro para fazer alterações necessárias, já que as peças recebidas são de diferente encaixe na porta e para sanar a rachadura, recebi uma cola.
Eles poderiam ter pego a porta pra realizar a manutenção na loja. Mas ... eu não poderia ficar sem nada na frente da casa e não me trouxeram uma opção que servisse de porta ou de tapume. Por esse motivo preferi investir mais ainda na porta.
Sinceramente... quando comprei imaginei felicidade e alegria. Investi meu dinheiro feliz e jamais imaginei essa situação.
NUNCA MAIS ENTRO NESSA LOJA!!!

She sold me a showcase product without informing me, and charged me again, without any discount. He even handed me the door with a crack in the seam where the door pivot exists! I received it without assembly information and to make matters worse with the absence of corresponding accessories.
What happened? Logically the door did not open and cracked, damaging the part that had the crack and it was obvious that the store did not want to take responsibility.
I was very stressed and I will never do business with this store again. The amount paid was very high. I was 4 days without a door at my house, my intention was to be safe and I was without any.
There was no priority for the customer at any time, not even with the lack of security in my residence. Unfortunate!
The correct part was to have been delivered with the door, which was not done.
I was waiting for the correct material to arrive at my house, which only took place in the late Tuesday afternoon, making any work that day impossible. And I still had to hire a carpenter to make the necessary changes, since the pieces received are of a different fit on the door and to heal the crack, I received a glue.
They could have taken the door to perform maintenance at the store. But ... I couldn't be without anything in front of the house and they didn't bring me an option that would serve as a door or a siding. For this reason I preferred to invest even more in the door.
Honestly ... when I bought it I imagined happiness and joy. I invested my money happily and I never imagined this situation.
NEVER AGAIN IN THIS STORE !!!
