★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de ter que esperar o vendedor colocando luzes de Natal, mesmo vendo o cliente sem atendimento e depois esperar uma eternidade, pq a ferramenta necessária para liberar minha compra, estava trancada numa sala que a pessoa foi almoçar, não dá para dar nota melhor.
After having to wait for the seller to put on Christmas lights, even though I saw the customer without service and after waiting for an eternity, because the necessary tool to release my purchase, I was locked in a room that the person went to lunch, I can't give a better grade.

The tiles I bought came almost all broken. The contact phones do not answer. I was forced to go to the store to complain about the terrible quality of the tiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente péssimo atendimento no pós-venda!!! Para realizar uma troca ficamos aguardando por quase 1h. Fui na loja com uma lista p comprar outros produtos, mas desisti. Falta de respeito c consumidor. E o pior, a loja estava vazia, o que não justificava a demora no atendimento.
Unfortunately bad service in the after-sales !!! To make an exchange we were waiting for almost 1h. I went to the store with a list to buy other products, but I gave up. Lack of respect for the consumer. Worse, the store was empty, which did not justify the delay in service.

Mais de 30 ligações durante a semana e ninguém atendeu, fui até o estabelecimento e fiz questão de ligar para o telefone estando na porta, a funcionária estava ao lado do telefone tocando conversando e rindo mas não atendeu, entrei na loja e liguei de novo estando próximo e ela estava conversando sobre a vida e novamente não atendeu e para me atender pessoalmente tive que ir até ela chamar para tirar a dúvida.
Terrible service. More than 30 calls during the week and no one answered, I went to the establishment and made a point of calling the phone being at the door, the employee was next to the phone ringing talking and laughing but she didn't answer, I entered the store and called again being next door and she was talking about life and again she didn't answer and to answer me personally I had to go to her to call to clear the doubt.
