Além disso, a entrega estava prevista para os dia 14. Até hoje (19), não recebemos o produto, sequer uma nova estimativa de entrega do material.
Zero friendliness and commitment. We were not well attended, the attendant did not insist on explaining to us how it worked or helping us with any solution for what we needed. In addition, delivery was scheduled for the 14th. Until today (19), we have not received the product, not even a new estimate of delivery of the material.

Primeiro comprei um carimbo personalizado, fui até o local escolher pessoalmente para não ter dúvida da cor, paguei deixei acertado e eles disseram que entrariam em contato comigo para finalizar a arte, dado o ok sobre a arte fui confirmar a cor e me informaram que tinham VENDIDO e só tinha branco! Conseguiram resolver o problema e achar a cor que eu tinha encomendado.
Fiz um orçamento para carteira de vacina, me informaram um orçamento há 5 DIAS ATRÁS, no mesmo dia foi feita a TRANSFERÊNCIA e enviado o RECIBO! Hoje após 5 DIAS!!!! Me mandam mensagem com OUTRO orçamento, não me respondem, não dá para ter um atendimento via WhatsApp pois, cada hora um responde, cada hora um fala uma coisa. Isso é um ABSURDO.
Eu paguei, não consigo nem LIGAR porque não atendem, não consigo falar no WhatsApp porque não olham e quando olham mandam OUTRO orçamento.
Comprava aí desde a época da escola, vocês cresceram porem, a qualidade e respeito com o cliente caíram.

First I bought a custom stamp, I went to the place to choose in person to have no doubt about the color, I paid and left it agreed and they said they would contact me to finish the art, given the ok about the art I went to confirm the color and informed me that they had SOLD and only had white! They managed to solve the problem and find the color I had ordered.
I made a budget for the vaccine portfolio, they informed me a budget 5 DAYS AGO, on the same day the TRANSFER was made and the RECEIPT was sent! Today after 5 DAYS!!!! They send me a message with ANOTHER budget, they don't answer me, I can't have a service via WhatsApp because, every hour, one responds, every hour one says something. This is ABSURD.
I paid, I can't even CALL because they don't answer, I can't talk on WhatsApp because they don't look and when they look they send ANOTHER budget.
I've been buying there since school days, you grew up, but the quality and respect for the customer dropped.
