★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei os livros Didáticos e paradidáticos com esta papelaria com a promessa que a encomenda estaria no meu condomínio uma semana depois. Avisei que eu estaria viajando mas eles poderiam entregar mesmo assim já que a portaria do meu condomínio sempre é muito responsável e eficiente. O proprietário Sr. Clóvis me garantiu que a compra seria entregue em uma semana, paguei pela entrega, e que eu ficasse tranquila que assim que eu chegasse de viajem os livros já estariam esperando por mim na portaria. Cheguei de viajem e a encomenda não chegou. Liguei para a papelaria para saber o que houve e ninguém sabe responder sobre a minha compra, somente o Sr. Clóvis pode responder. Liguei varias vezes e não obtive resposta. Cheguei na minha casa as 16:00hs de hoje dia 31/01/17 quando fui informada que não havia entregas em meu nome. as 17:15hs falei ao celular com o Sr. Clóvis que não pode falar comigo pois estava dirigindo, informou que em 50 minutos chegaria na papelaria e me ligaria. As 18:30hs liguei novamente e ele ainda não havia chegado. São 19:01hs e estou aguardando ainda uma resposta...
 I bought Didactic and educational books with this stationery with the promise that the order would be in my condo a week later. I warned that I would be traveling but they could deliver it anyway since my condo's concierge is always very responsible and efficient. The owner, Mr. Clóvis, assured me that the purchase would be delivered in a week, I paid for the delivery, and that I was assured that as soon as I arrived from the trip, the books would already be waiting for me at the lobby. I arrived from travel and the package did not arrive. I called the stationery to find out what happened and nobody knows how to answer about my purchase, only Mr. Clóvis can answer. I called several times and got no answer. I arrived at my house at 16:00 today 31/01/17 when I was informed that there were no deliveries in my name. at 5:15 pm I spoke on the cell phone with Mr. Clóvis who cannot speak to me because he was driving, he informed me that in 50 minutes he would arrive at the stationery and call me. At 6:30 pm I called again and he still hadn't arrived. It's 7:01 pm and I'm still waiting for an answer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a uns 7 anos e o que sempre me chama a atenção, é o atendimento exclusivo que sempre recebemos do Sr. Clovis e sua esposa ....sempre prontamente a mostrar tudo o que procuramos e mostrar um a um cada item da lista e as suas novidades. E sem contar que o material já vem todo etiquetado! ( acho otimo). Tenho o costume de ir a lugares onde sou bem atendida!?
I am a customer for about 7 years and what always catches my attention is the exclusive service we always receive from Mr. Clovis and his wife .... always promptly showing everything we are looking for and showing each item on the list one by one and its news. Not to mention that the material is already labeled! (I think it's great). I have the habit of going to places where I am well served! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro o material dos meus filhos lá ha 5 anos e nunca tive problemas, sempre fui bem atendida e o preço acho justo, pois me poupa muito tempo de ficar procurando em papelarias, sem contar que vem tudo etiquetado, e da para parcelar.
Mudei de município e fiz a lista de materias lá novamente este ano, eu recomendo.
I buy the material of my children there 5 years ago and never had problems, I was always well attended and the price I think fair, because it saves me a lot of time to look for stationers, not to mention that everything comes labeled, and to parcel.
I changed municipality and made the list of materials there again this year, I recommend.

NAO RECOMENDO E VALE A DICA.

Stationery with news, binding, xerox, etc. If they don't have the book at the time, they already make it available through the publisher, with fair prices. It's worth visiting!!!
