São realizados diferentes tipos de treinos, como por exemplo: educativos, progressivos, intervalados, contínuos, etc. Professores atentos ao que o aluno precisa melhorar. Incentivadores. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A M2 é incrível, faço 3 modalidades - natação no mar, corrida e treinamento funcional. A equipe de profissionais é super competente, acolhedora e aberta a sugestões. Assim o ambiente é sempre agradável e dá vontade de treinar. Quem treina na M2 vai lá porque tem vontade de treinar e não por obrigação de fazer atividade física. Recomendo : )
The M2 is incredible, I do 3 modalities - swimming in the sea, running and functional training. The professional staff is super competent, welcoming and open to suggestions. Thus the environment is always pleasant and gives the desire to train. Those who train in the M2 go there because they feel like training and not because they have to do physical activity. I recommend:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time incrível!!! A equipe técnica super preparada e com um astral lá em cima. Desde a aula experimental já fui super bem acolhida e instruída. Treino natação com eles há 5 meses e minha evolução de quando comecei pra agora foi muito boa. Cheguei sem conseguir nadar nem 100m sem parar e agora no fim do ano fiz uma prova de 3km. Super recomendo essa assessoria tanto por seu preparo técnico que é inquestionável quanto pela energia e clima de família e amizade que sinto tanto da equipe de professores quanto dos colegas atletas.
Amazing team !!! The super-prepared and upbeat technical staff up there. Since the experimental class I have been very well received and instructed. I have been swimming with them for 5 months and my progress from when I started to now was very good. I arrived without swimming or 100m without stopping and now at the end of the year I did a 3km race. I highly recommend this advice both for its unquestionable technical preparation and for the energy and climate of family and friendship I feel from both the teaching staff and fellow athletes.
