★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento fiz a troca de 4 pneus; porém depois de um tempo que fui realizar manutenção numa outra oficina fui alertado que colocaram peças usadas, não voltei para reivindicar nem voltarei pois eles não merecem esta no mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na compra de 4 pneus na internet, ganhávamos a troca dos pneus na loja. Optamos por fazer alinhamento e balanceamento no nosso mecânico habitual, que não era lá. Isso foi comunicado aos funcionários.
O que aconteceu foi, eles alegaram trocar os bicos dos pneus sem autorização e queriam nos cobrar por eles.
Quando questionamos a troca SEM NOSSA AUTORIZAÇÃO, a atendente insistiu que toda troca de pneu deve ser trocados os bicos. Não nos comunicaram que iria ser trocado, não foi passado o preço.
Por fim, ela GRITOU conosco, nos CHAMOU DE CAPETAS e APROVEITADORES e BATEU MEU CELULAR NA MESA COM RAIVA, por questionar um serviço que não autorizamos que fosse feito.
PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
When buying 4 tires on the internet, we earned the replacement of tires at the store. We chose to do alignment and balancing on our usual mechanic, which wasn't there. This was communicated to employees.
What happened was, they claimed to change the tire tips without authorization and they wanted to charge us for them.
When we questioned the change WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION, the attendant insisted that every tire change must have the nozzles changed. We were not told that it would be exchanged, the price was not passed.
Finally, she YELLED at us, CALLED us HELLS and TAKERS, and STUCK MY PHONE ON THE TABLE ANGER, for questioning a service we did not authorize to be done.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.

Fui fazer o arrefecimento, quebrou um cano que me custou 200, fiz a embreagem 1 mês depois voltou a ficar ruim, fui em um mecânico de verdade no qual me foi informado que havia colocado de forma errada, tudo mal feito, NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM!!!!! Além disso, não entregaram nota fiscal.
Just bad, bad service. I went to do the cooling, broke a pipe that cost me 200, I did the clutch 1 month later it was bad again, I went to a real mechanic who was informed that I had put it in the wrong way, everything was done wrong, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!!!! In addition, they did not deliver an invoice.
