★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma geladeira sábado passado um preço muito bom mas o problema é que venderão a geladeira sem ter no estoque e agora estão me enrolando pra entregar já me derão três prazos diferentes e nada falta de respeito com os clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, além de tudo não age com as normas do código de defesa do consumidor ex: tem muitas vendas casadas, principalmente nos aparelhos celulares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa comprou uma cama dia 23/03/2015, e não recebemos a mercadoria até agora 24/04/2015 além do descaso ela foi na loja da Caucaia e o gerente nem fez questão alguma de resolver o problema, a pobre da vendedora ficou tentando resolver situação e por fim além disso ela( vendedora) explicou o seguinte, se não recebesse a mercadoria eu retornasse la com o cartão para estorna a compra.... e ai fiz assim liguei para o procon do centro de Fortaleza para eles me ajudarem a resolver... obrigada por fazer eu e minha familia passar por este constrangimento.
My wife bought a bed on 23/03/2015, and we have not received the goods until now 24/04/2015 besides the neglect she went to the Caucaia store and the manager did not make a point of solving the problem, the poor seller trying to resolve the situation and finally she (seller) explained the following, if not receive the goods I returned her with the card to reverse the purchase .... and then I did so I called the procon of downtown Fortaleza for them me help resolve ... thanks for making me and my family go through this embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é ótimo, mas o prazo de entrega é péssimo porém não consigo falar com ninguém da loja pois o número do telefone é uma farsa,propaganda enganosa pq chama,chama e ninguém atende é horrível Deus me livre da é raiva.
Service is great, but delivery time is terrible but I can't talk to anyone in the store because the phone number is a scam, misleading advertising because it calls, calls and no one answers is horrible God forbid it's anger.

HORRIBLE...NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN...NEVER SEEN A STORE WITHOUT 03 DAYS GUARANTEE FOR THE STORE..I PURCHASED A BLENDER DAY 13/01 DAY 15 I RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE. WHICH WAS DENIED BY THE MANAGER.
