★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e última experiência, comprei um móvel há semanas e até agora nada. Todas as vezes que entro em contato me dão um praso diferente sem nenhuma justificativa. Gostaria que fossem mais honestos na hora de informar os prazos. Isso é um desrespeito com um cliente, ainda mais quando a compra já está paga.
First and last experience, I bought a piece of furniture weeks ago and so far nothing. Every time I get in touch they give me a different tone without any justification. I would like you to be more honest when it comes to reporting deadlines. This is disrespectful to a customer, especially when the purchase is already paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nessa loja foi um mix de emoções com resultado péssimo. Em Março de 2019 resolvi comprar à vista uma cozinha completa (geladeira, equipamentos, armário, balcão). A princípio fui muito bem recebido, muitos sorrisos, atendimentos impar, gerente educado e atencioso, café e água fizeram parte do serviço. Tudo beleza, certo?! Bom, tudo certo até o fechamento da compra. Foi então que, prazos não foram cumpridos, setor de entrega com funcionária debochada, gerente e vendedoras pouco acessível, um verdadeiro inferno. Até que eu tive a necessidade de cancelar a compra. NÃO RECOMENDO. A Magazine Luiza e Ricardo Eletro são super sinceros e cumprem os prazos. Atravessem a pracinha e comprem nessas lojas.
My experience in this store was a mix of emotions with terrible results. In March 2019 I decided to buy a full kitchen (refrigerator, equipment, cabinet, counter). At first I was very well received, many smiles, odd service, polite and attentive manager, coffee and water were part of the service. All beauty, right ?! Well, all right until the close of the purchase. It was then that deadlines were not met, delivery sector with mock employee, manager and salespeople not accessible, a real hell. Until I had the need to cancel the purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Magazine Luiza and Ricardo Eletro are very sincere and meet deadlines. Cross the square and buy at these stores.
