Os preços foram ótimos, pós antes de comprar o óculos do meu filho, eu pesquisei bastante e nessa ótica foi o melhor preço. Porém, a vendedora não me deu prazo de entrega e com mais ou menos 10 de efetuar a compra eu soube que seria 30 dias para entregarem o óculos do meu filho. Falei com a vendedora e segundo ela a gerente ia tentar adiantar o prazo, porém a vendedora mentiu pra mim (pelo que entendi) e fui obrigada a esperar, fui na ótica falei com os responsáveis e expliquei a situação do meu filho, que ele precisava muito do óculos que no dia 10/06 uma quinta-feira, eu estaria viajando e quis saber se era viável receber nessa data, (depois de 1 mês de espera) me disseram que faria o possível para me entregar na data(eu fui na segunda feira que antecedia a data). No dia 10, falei com a gerente e ela não me deu resposta, precisei ligar inúmeras vezes pra obter uma resposta e depois de muito chateada, disse que se não me entregassem no dia 10 (no mesmo dia que estava ligando) eu iria cancelar. Graças a Deus, resolveram meu problema e fiquei muito satisfeita. Sem ressentimentos. Porém, para minha surpresa o óculos do meu filho quebrou, menos de um mês. Só resolvi ir na ótica ontem, dia 12/07 e ao chegar lá, fui bem atendida e tudo seria resolvido da melhor forma possível. O rapaz iria mandar para o laboratório e me entregaria no outro dia (hj, dia 13/07) eu fui lá buscar no final do dia e fui avisada que só receberei na sexta-feira, por que o prazo é dois dias úteis. Estou indignada, pós deveriam ter me informado ontem, não hj, quando fui para buscar e como meu filho precisa muito usar o óculos, fiquei extremamente chateada com a situação. Não houve transparência por parte da empresa e pelo ocorrido não tem qualidade e infelizmente, eu a consumidora preciso lidar com a situação, pós os responsáveis não se importam com a minha situação. Espero que melhorem e que a minha experiência sirva para uma análise e ponham a necessidade do cliente como prioridade e sempre falar a verdade antes de qualquer coisa. Não quero ser melhor que ngm, só gosto de ser respeitada. E para mim, foi falta de respeito, já sabendo que tinha ficado extremamente chateada com a situação anterior.
The prices were great, after before buying my son's glasses, I did a lot of research and in this perspective it was the best price. However, the seller did not give me a delivery period and with about 10 days before the purchase I knew it would take 30 days to deliver my son's glasses. I spoke to the salesperson and she said the manager was going to try to advance the deadline, but the salesperson lied to me (from what I understand) and I was forced to wait, I went to the point of view I spoke to the people in charge and explained the situation of my son, that he needed a lot of the glasses that on 06/10, a Thursday, I would be traveling and I wanted to know if it was feasible to receive on that date, (after 1 month of waiting) they told me they would do their best to deliver it on the date (I went to Monday that preceded the date). On the 10th, I spoke to the manager and she didn't give me an answer, I had to call several times to get an answer and after being very upset, she said that if they didn't deliver me on the 10th (the same day I was calling) I would cancel. Thanks to God, they solved my problem and I was very satisfied. No hard feelings. However, to my surprise my son's glasses broke, less than a month ago. I only decided to go to the optics yesterday, 12/07 and when I got there, I was well attended and everything would be resolved in the best possible way. The guy would send it to the laboratory and deliver it to me the other day (hj, 13/07) I went to pick it up at the end of the day and was told that I will only receive it on Friday, because the deadline is two business days. I'm outraged, they should have informed me yesterday, no today, when I went to get them and as my son really needs to wear his glasses, I was extremely upset with the situation. There was no transparency on the part of the company and, because of what happened, there is no quality and unfortunately, I, the consumer, need to deal with the situation, since those responsible do not care about my situation. I hope they improve and that my experience is useful for analysis and put the customer's need as a priority and always speak the truth before anything else. I don't want to be better than ngm, I just like being respected. And for me, it was lack of respect, knowing that I had been extremely upset with the previous situation.
