★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, totalmente sem ética, ao falar que não iríamos alugar com eles a gerente Elaine gritou comigo e com meu marido no telefone, foi sem educação, totalmente desequilibrada, ficou cobrando a quantia de 1.500,00 por causa da visita da corretora Elis no imóvel, sendo que ela aproveitou uma carona p ir tirar foto/filmar o apto já que não estávamos em SJC, e como nem assinamos contrato algum essa cobrança foi indevida, tivemos que pedir a nossa advogada para entrar em contato pois não conseguimos ter um diálogo com a Elaine.
Lamentável a situação, totalmente sem ética, não recomendo mesmo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Quando fui alugar o apartamento o corretor mentiu características que o prédio não tinha e descobri quando me mudei, por exemplo portaria eletrônica 24h. A vistoria foi muito mal feita e tive que contestar vários itens com avarias que não foram resolvidos. No contrato me garantiram que poderia sair sem multa com 12 meses e agora estão negando. Além disso, demoram dias para responder no whatsapp ou e-mail. Essa imobiliária nunca mais.
Terrible. When I went to rent the apartment, the realtor lied about features that the building didn't have and I found out when I moved, for example, an electronic 24-hour concierge. The inspection was very poorly done and I had to contest several items with malfunctions that were not resolved. In the contract I was assured that I could leave without a fine after 12 months and now they are denying it. Also, they take days to respond on whatsapp or email. That real estate agency never again.
