★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, levei meu smartphone o qual uso conectado a um carregador veicular para trabalhar como motorista de app e não está segurando carga, expliquei que ja troquei a bateria e mesmo assim não adiantou e a atendente não quis nem olhar o aparelho insistindo que isso é normal, expliquei que estou usando o smartphone da minha esposa e o dela a bateria aguenta normalmente e chega até a carregar, expliquei também que quando comecei a usar meu smartphone para trabalhar ele aguentava normalmente, ou seja ISSO NÃO É NORMAL, não sei se é preguiça da atendente mas não volto mais nessa loja.
Lousy service, I took my smartphone which I use connected to a vehicle charger to work as an app driver and is not holding a charge, I explained that I already changed the battery and even then it didn't work and the attendant didn't even want to look at the device insisting that this is normal, I explained that I’m using my wife’s smartphone and hers the battery can handle normally and even charge, I also explained that when I started using my smartphone to work it would hold normally, in other words, THIS ISN’T NORMAL, I don’t know if it’s laziness of the attendant but I won't be back in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é cortês, o reparo foi feito, mas não fiquei statisfeito com o serviço, alguns fatos sobre o reparo não foram passados para que eu tomasse uma decisão totalmente informada, e a oferta realizada para solução do problema também deixou a desejar, sem falar que notei que houve uma queda brusca no desempenho da bateria desde então, não voltarei a este lugar.
The service is courteous, the repair was done, but I was not pleased with the service, some facts about the repair were not passed for me to make a fully informed decision, and the offer made to solve the problem also left something to be desired, not to mention I noticed that there was a sharp drop in battery performance since then, I will not be returning to this place.
