★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita burocracia para um simples aluguel, a pessoa tem comprovação de renda , não tem restrição no nome , tem fiador e mesmo assim a burocracia é tão grande que acabei desistindo , ainda bem que existe outras imobiliárias em Ribeirão .
 A lot of bureaucracy for a simple rent, the person has proof of income, has no name restriction, has a guarantor and even so the bureaucracy is so great that I ended up giving up, even though there are other real estate companies in Ribeirão.
