★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 06 de abril fui na papelaria faltando 5 minutos para o fechamento do estabelecimento. Aguardei alguns minutos até que uma atendente me perguntou o que seria, eu disse impressão... Ela estava atendendo uma senhora que aparentava ter mais de 60 anos e neste momento sendo meio grossa porque seu cartão de crédito não passava e no mesmo me disse que não poderia imprimir pois o computador estava travado. Eu respondi se não poderiam reiniciar o computador e a outra atendendendo um outro senhor me respondeu ríspido que não pois já estavam fechando. Fiquei muito desapontado pelo atendimento pois eu costumava precisar dos serviços de impressões e acessórios que ali continham. Me desculpe mas já não me sinto bem em tal conformidade e ser tão mal atendido em um local que lida com o público. Se não quer lidar com pessoas e não está satisfeito com o trabalho que tem somente dê lugar a quem deseja.
Decepcionado Macris pelos seus funcionários...
 Today April 6 I went to the stationery with 5 minutes left for the closing of the establishment. I waited a few minutes until an attendant asked me what it would be, I said impression ... She was attending a lady who appeared to be over 60 and at the moment being a bit thick because her credit card did not go through and she even told me that could not print because the computer was locked. I answered if they could not restart the computer and the other answering another sir answered me harshly that no because they were already closing. I was very disappointed in the service because I used to need the services of prints and accessories that contained there. I'm sorry but I do not feel good about it anymore and being so poorly served in a place that deals with the public. If you do not want to deal with people and are not satisfied with the work that has only give place to who you want.

I loved! I needed it at the last minute, daughter said she needed cardboard and I thought I wouldn't find it! They stay until 7pm and they saved me! And they are darlings! I love and recommend!
