Alguns anos depois, ao mudar de consultório, nem pensei duas vezes. Mais uma vez procurei a Madeirart. De novo fui atendida pelo Nixon que fez um projeto lindo e que atendeu à todas as necessidades. Ficou show!
No ano passado fiz uma grande reforma em meu apartamento e, claro, depois do sucesso das duas experiências anteriores, fui direto na Madeirart. O resultado mais uma vez foi encantador!
Os móveis são de excelente qualidade e de grande beleza.

I met Madeirart many years ago when, when renovating my daughter's room, in her teens. Interior designer Nixon Gama did the entire project including the closet and study bench. I was very happy with the result. The room was beautiful and functional.
A few years later, when I changed my office, I didn't even think twice. Once again I looked for Madeirart. Again I was attended by Nixon who made a beautiful project and that met all the needs. It was a show!
Last year I did a major renovation in my apartment and, of course, after the success of the two previous experiences, I went directly to Madeirart. The result was once again charming!
The furniture is of excellent quality and of great beauty.
I am very grateful to Nixon for his dedication and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após muita pesquisa pra escolher uma empresa para produzir uma cozinha planejada, escolhemos a Madeirart. Foi uma feliz e gratificante escolha. Desde o primeiro contato até a instalação houve muita atenção e prestatividade. Quando o transporte entregou as partes fiquei surpreso por eles virem com cantoneiras de proteção e embaladas individualmente em plástico bolha e à vácuo. A instalação ficou perfeita, instalador muito detalhista e super concentrado. Após a instalação a loja ligou perguntando sobre a instalação, comprar de uma empresa com processos internos bem definidos faz toda a diferença. A qualidade do material e do atendimento superou em muito a nossa expectativa, recomendo essa loja e certamente foi apenas o primeiro planejado de muitos. Bom, em resumo, comprar com a Madeirart foi a melhor escolha.
After much research to choose a company to produce a planned kitchen, we chose Madeirart. It was a happy and rewarding choice. From the first contact until the installation there was a lot of attention and helpfulness. When the transport delivered the parts, I was surprised that they came with protective angles and individually wrapped in bubble wrap and vacuum. The installation was perfect, very detailed and super concentrated installer. After the installation the store called asking about the installation, buying from a company with well-defined internal processes makes all the difference. The quality of the material and the service far exceeded our expectations, I recommend this store and it was certainly only the first planned of many. Well, in summary, buying with Madeirart was the best choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ou felizmente nem precisei comprar pra ter um experiência ruim. Visitei a loja, que inclusive é muito bonita, para pedir o orçamento de uma mesa de escritório no dia 23/10, expliquei como queria e o atendente ficou de me responder com o projeto e o orçamento. Se passaram 48 horas e não obtive contato, até relevei porque imaginei que seria final de ano e tinham muitos projetos pra desenhar, mas para facilitar a vida do atendente, eu mesmo fiz no autocad o modelo 3D e mandei para a Madeirart, só para receber o orçamento, estava ansioso, pois era um dos poucos itens que faltavam pro meu escritório de assessoria artística.
Não obtive contato novamente. Liguei para a loja no dia 26/10 perguntando se iriam ou não orçar meu pedido e ficaram de entrar em contato comigo e não obtive mais informação.
Fiquei receoso se seria assim que eu seria tratado se precisasse resolver um problema e optei fechar negócio com outra empresa.
Essa é uma reclamação construtiva, estamos em um período onde não podemos perder um cliente que seja.

I visited the store, which is also very beautiful, to ask for a quote for an office table on 10/23, I explained how I wanted it and the attendant was left to answer me with the project and the budget. If 48 hours passed and I didn't get in touch, I even reread it because I thought it would be the end of the year and they had a lot of projects to draw, but to make the attendant's life easier, I made the 3D model myself in autocad and sent it to Madeirart, just to receive it the budget, I was anxious, because it was one of the few items that were missing from my artistic advisory office.
I didn't get in touch again. I called the store on 10/26 asking whether or not they were going to budget my order and stayed in contact with me and I didn't get any more information.
I was afraid if that was how I would be treated if I needed to solve a problem and I chose to close a deal with another company.
This is a constructive complaint, we are in a period where we cannot lose any customer.
