★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar 6 ripas para forro que encontravam se arqueadas, a princípio o funcionário não queria efetuar a troca, eu provei que estavam ruins e tinha pago aproximadamente 40,00 em cada uma, então eles aceitaram trocar com muito custo. Não compro mais lá.

Seria uma compra no valor médio de 10 mil, pelo visto pra eles não faz nenhuma diferença.
Não compro nem se estiver com a metade do preço e muito menos indico .
O que não falta por ai é loja querendo vender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui destratada pelo próprio proprietário, parece que estão fazendo favor em nos vender, inclusive quando perguntei se não queria vender ele falou que tanto faz. Uma arrogância e falta de educação que nunca imaginei passar. A loja se encontrava com todas as portas abertas quando entrei e logo depois o dono chegou mandando os funcionários pararem o atendimento pois os mesmos estariam cansados e estava na hora de fechar. Inacreditável, e já era cliente há mais de 20 anos, desde a época do pai. Nunca mais indicarei, pelo contrário, farei questão de contar minha experiência (ou seja, falar mal) para todos.
Terrible service, I was treated badly by the owner himself, it seems they are doing us a favor in selling us, even when I asked if he didn't want to sell, he said it doesn't matter. An arrogance and impoliteness that I never imagined going through. The store had all the doors open when I entered and soon after the owner arrived telling the employees to stop the service because they would be tired and it was time to close. Unbelievable, and he had been a customer for over 20 years, since his father's time. I will never indicate again, on the contrary, I will make a point of telling my experience (ie, speaking ill) to everyone.
