Liguei lá 3 vezes para saber se era possível que eles cortassem algumas placas de mdf na medida que eu precisava e eu iria buscar, me informaram que não podia ser cortada antes do pagamento, mas que eles cortavam na hora (pediram 20min), como as placas tem 2m fui com o meu namorado e o carro de trabalho dele para conseguir levar, chegando lá alem de ser cobrado um valor diferente do informado no telefone, passei para o vendedor as medidas e ele simplesmente não queria converter para a medida que eles usam (passei em metros) e disseram que precisava esperar dar 13h para os meninos voltarem do almoço e cortar (por telefone ele não me informou os horários, ele apenas falou para mim ir lá que cortariam na hora), então eu deixei pago e a moça to caixa falou que a nota fiscal ela ia fazer e quando eu voltasse 13h eu pegaria a nota e as madeiras estariam cortadas; fui embora porque meu namorado precisava trabalhar e voltei com a minha mãe e com um outro carro emprestado, cheguei lá às 14:15 e nem a nota tinha sido feita ainda, aguardei eles emitirem a nota e pedi para eles cortarem as placas, quando um funcionário veio me atender e reclamou que não iria dar tempo, falei com o vendedor e ele me pediu para por o carro em frente um galpão que já iriam cortar para mim, fiz o que ele pediu e aguardei, quando terminaram de cortar eles colocaram no carro e falaram para mim e minha mãe que nos teríamos que amarrar as madeiras sozinhas, devia ter no mínimo uns 30 funcionários homens e nenhum deles se propôs a ajudar, depois de um tempo um funcionário de outro setor saiu lá de dentro e foi ajudar porque achou um absurdo o descaso que estavam fazendo.

I called there 3 times to see if it was possible for them to cut some mdf boards as needed and I would get them, they informed me that they could not be cut before payment, but they cut them on time (they asked for 20min), as 2m plates went with my boyfriend and his work car to get it, getting there besides being charged a different amount from the phone, I passed the seller the measurements and he just did not want to convert to the measure they use (I passed meters) and they said I needed to wait for the boys to come back for lunch at 1pm and cut (by phone he didn't tell me the time, he just told me to go there and they would cut it), so I paid and the girl The cashier said that the invoice she was going to make and when I returned at 1 pm I would take the note and the woods would be cut; I left because my boyfriend needed to work and I came back with my mother and another borrowed car, I got there at 14:15 and not even the note had been made yet, waited for them to issue the note and asked them to cut the plates when a employee came to answer me and complained that there would be no time, I spoke to the salesman and he asked me to put the car in front of a shed that would already cut for me, I did what he asked and waited, when they finished cutting they put in car and told me and my mother that we would have to tie the woods by ourselves, there should be at least 30 male employees and none of them offered to help, after a while another employee came out and went to help because thought it was absurd the neglect they were making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mau atendido, queria até comprar mais itens más desiste pelo atendimento recebido, se na minha empresa um funcionário atende um cliente da maneira que fui atendido, vai se reciclar, caso não mude as atitudes vai pra rua, tem gente querendo uma oportunidade, se o funcionário é um sócio ou exerce algum cargo de liderança é pior aínda, más neste caso o mercado se encarregará de jogalo fora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento péssimo pra não falar ruim não tem quase nada de produtos e Ale. Disso demora pra atender os clientes foi três esperas a primeira pra fazer o pedido segunda pra pagar e a terceira pra retirar os produtos que compre nunca mas volto em está loja
