Nosso Pinus é bruto e serve pra caixarias de concreto. Por esse motivo ele não é seco em estufa e é destinado principalmente para construção! Alguns clientes compram para outros fins, inclusive aparelhado, mas já cientes do tipo e da finalidade da madeira.
 We work with wood for roofing and construction.
Our Pinus is rough and serves for concrete boxes. For this reason it is not kiln dried and is intended primarily for construction! Some customers buy for other purposes, including equipment, but are already aware of the type and purpose of the wood.

A secretária Sabrina atende muito mal, liguei pra falar sobre duas tábuas de pinus que comprei e vieram mofadas e ela só faltou me xingar. Como um cliente é acusado por algo que ele está pedindo auxílio? As tábuas estão horríveis, mofadas e ela tem a cara de pau de me acusar dizendo que EU DEIXEI PEGAR CHUVA quando eu disse que eles tinham me vendido dessa maneira. Que vergonha!!!! Ou troquem essa mulher ou deem um treinamento de atendimento ao público. Que pessoa horrível. Nunca mais compro nesse lugar!!!!!!!!!!!

Eu comprei pinus para finalidade artesanal, pois faço bancos e painel de planta e vocês me instruíram a deixar secando, como eu não tenho espaço para isso vcs se propuseram a deixar na madeireira por 7 dias para secar e depois que estivessem secas me avisaria para retirar. Eu havia comprado ela aparelhada e para minha surpresa vocês deram de brinde o acabamento com lixa. Ótimo atendimento e a madeira ficou perfeita.

I bought pine for handmade purpose, as I make benches and plant panels and you instructed me to let them dry, as I don't have space for that, you proposed to leave them in the lumber for 7 days to dry and after they were dry, I would advise you to remove them . I had bought it rigged and to my surprise you gave as a gift the finishing with sandpaper. Great service and the wood was perfect.

Me falaram que tinham a batente na medida que eu precisava, me confirmaram a informação pois eu disse que morava longe, e ao chegar lá não tinham na medida prometida. Tempo e dinheiro perdido, fora o stress.
I was very well attended in person, but I was misinformed by message in advance. They told me they had the stop as I needed, they confirmed the information because I said I lived far away, and when I got there, they didn't have it as promised. Time and money wasted, stress aside.
