Eu entrei em contato pedi um orçamento e questionei se entregavam em COCAL PI( 86km de distancia) o vendedor informou que sim. Quando chegou o orçamento ele me informou que só conseguiria entregar em 15 dias por que o ferro estava indisponível mas que se tirasse o ferro ele conseguiria entregar na sexta feira. Fiquei esperando a correção do Orçamento para fazer o pagamento e o vendedor SUMIU. Eu liguei para a Loja e descobri que ele tinha "saído de folga" e que o armazém não iria entregar meu pedido a menos que eu pagasse 1500 reais de frete. Atrasei minha obra por que tive que comprar em outra cidade mas não aceitei esse absurdo.
My experience with this place was terrible. If you are calling and going to buy remotely to deliver in a work, do not buy from them.
I got in touch, asked for a quote and asked if they delivered in COCAL PI (86km away) the seller said yes. When the budget arrived he informed me that he would only be able to deliver it in 15 days because the iron was unavailable but that if he removed the iron he would be able to deliver it on Friday. I was waiting for the Budget correction to make the payment and the seller SUMIU. I called the store and found out that he was "off duty" and that the warehouse would not deliver my order unless I paid 1500 reais in shipping. I delayed my work because I had to buy in another city but I did not accept this absurdity.
