★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja que não tem efetivamente bons atendentes no meu caso foi atendido por uma moça que ela não faz questão nenhuma de fazer vendas de ganhar sua comissão pois eu pesquisei alguns batentes Poxa atrás de batentes vem porta vem guarnição e essa moça não quis saber de nada simplesmente passou um preço assim simplesmente duas vezes com aumento e o atendimento foi péssimo o pessoal da Xavante porta tem que ficar muito atenta isso boa noite
A store that doesn't actually have good attendants, in my case, was attended by a girl who doesn't care to make sales to earn her commission because I researched some stops. they simply passed a price like that twice with an increase and the service was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma porta e uma fechadura. No balcão fui claro sobre que fechadura queria. Fui buscar de carro pois a entrega é cara , mesmo pra Capital. No momento da instalação da fechadura percebi que veio errada. Solicitei a troca , a resposta foi que só enviariam outra fechadura quando houvesse entregas na minha região. Tremendo absurdo. Eu tive que ir pessoalmente trocar, mas o erro foi da loja. Não é assim que se trata clientes. Outra coisa , se vale pro proprietário da Xavantes instruir seu pessoal de atendimento: Quando alguém liga para uma empresa não se atende dizendo "Alo" , se diz o nome da empresa e em seguida é educado dizer "Bom dia , boa tarde , boa noite" , ou algo do tipo.
I bought a door and a lock. At the counter I was clear about which lock I wanted. I went to pick it up by car because delivery is expensive, even for Capital. When installing the lock I realized that it came wrong. I requested the exchange, the answer was that they would only send another lock when there were deliveries in my region. Tremendous absurdity. I had to go personally to exchange it, but the mistake was from the store. That's not how you treat customers. Another thing, it's worth the Xavantes owner to instruct his customer service staff: When someone calls a company, they don't answer saying "Hello", they say the name of the company and then it's polite to say "Good morning, good afternoon, good night ", or something like that.
