★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love eating in Brazil. This country has one of the most talented chefs in the world. But with amazing and unique culinary talents it also comes "the brazilian way" or " jeitinho Brasileiro". Nativas offers great food and dedicated waiters. But management needs to be re-trained. First they tried to charge for an item wrongly sent to us and we sent right back. Honest mistake, right? Yes, but the worst came later once we realized they had charged us $10 over their advertized special on instagram per person. That was $40 over on our check. We only noticed the mistake after paying. We made a complaint and showed their post on instagram. The response given by the person in charge named "Rivaldo" was: "if you had told me before you would have saved R$40". I couldn't believe it! He admitted the mistake but all he did was to blame me for not pointing it out their mistake prior to paying. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I am 100% positive the Nativas' owner doesn't agree with such behavior. Clients are a business biggest asset. There is 1000 places to eat in Sao Paulo.I have given them my business but unfortunately they did not appreciate me. I am not asking for a give away, I am just asking for you to do the right thing when you make a mistake. $40 is not much but the blunt denial on correcting your mistake was beyond offensive. Nativas management, YOU CAN DO BETTER!
