★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e retorno ao cliente!!! Entrei em contato no início de dez/20, solicitando um orçamento para pergolado e deck (num endereço a menos de 1km da loja). Para conseguir que o vendedor fosse ao local foi um custo, parecia que estava me fazendo um favor. Após a visita, ficou de me passar o orçamento até 04/12. Hoje, dia 26/01/21, não tive nenhum retorno, e todas as minhas tentativas de contato com o vendedor e com a loja são visualizadas e ignoradas.
Bad service and return to the customer !!! I got in touch at the beginning of Dec / 20, requesting a budget for pergola and deck (at an address less than 1km from the store). Getting the seller to go to the place was a cost, it seemed like he was doing me a favor. After the visit, I was given the budget until 12/04. Today, 26/01/21, I have had no feedback, and all my attempts to contact the seller and the store are viewed and ignored.
