Estava sempre comprando um Shampoo de 5 Litros lá, quando na sexta vez ocorreu no dia 28/04/2018 (Sábado), andando na rua, indo em direção do Shopping quando em frente a Loja Americanas a minha irmã segurando o Shampoo inclinado de lado (Devido o peso - Para Não cair) molhou o braço todinho dela, fui até o Shopping lavei o braço dela, pois fiquei com receio de dar alergia, voltei de novo para trocar, quando eles começaram a insinuar que eu tinha deixado cair no chão, minha irmã um pouco estourada falou poucas e boas. Detalhe naquela direção da calçada até o Shopping possui câmeras, assim podendo provar. Mas graças a Deus foi resolvido, esse aviso aqui serve para que JAMAIS compre algo e deixe o FUNCIONÁRIO escolher por você, verifique sempre antes se está direitinho o produto. Nunca mais volto lá, prefiro pagar por algo mais caro mas ser bem atendido, inclusive para resolver qualquer eventualidade!
Terrible! I was always buying a 5 Liter Shampoo there, when the sixth time took place on April 28, 2018 (Saturday), walking down the street, heading towards the Mall when in front of Loja Americanas my sister holding the Shampoo tilted sideways (Due to the weight - so as not to fall) she wet her arm, I went to the mall and I washed her arm, because I was afraid of giving allergies, I came back to change it, when they started to imply that I had dropped it on the floor , my sister a little blown away said few and good. Detail in that direction of the sidewalk until the Shopping has cameras, thus being able to prove. But thanks to God it was solved, this warning here is to NEVER buy something and let the EMPLOYEE choose for you, always check beforehand if the product is right. I'll never go back there, I prefer to pay for something more expensive but to be well attended, even to solve any eventuality!
