★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente quando vcs fizerem uma compra perguntem antes quem vai transportar porque se for essa Maex caiam fora, golpe... Fingem que entregou a encomenda e não entregam "colocam como destinatário ausente" pra depois cobrar uma taxa de reentrega.
Só que eu tenho câmera se segurança pra provar que não foram entregar e vou processar a transportadora.
People when you make a purchase, ask first who will transport because if it's this Maex, get out, blow... Pretend they delivered the order and don't deliver "put as absent recipient" to then charge a re-delivery fee.
Only I have a security camera to prove they weren't delivered and I'm going to sue the carrier.

Deviam me entregar um colchão, na primeira tentativa de entrega disseram que não encontraram o endereço sendo que tinham todas as informações possíveis, CEP, nome do condomínio, número do apartamento, nome da rua, TUDO, pois bem, eu fiz um vídeo explicativo sobre COMO USAR O GOOGLE MAPS. Entrei em contato para resolver e pedi que agendassem a entrega para dia 15 pois nos outros dias não teria ninguém na residência, resultado: foram entregar dia 14 quando não tinha ninguém. Entrei em contato novamente, pedi para entregarem dia 15 de novo e pela tarde, disseram que não faziam entrega pela tarde, por fim não foram entregar de novo e recebi o colchão no dia 16 (adivinhe, no período da tarde), os entregadores se RECUSARAM a usar o elevador de serviço e levar o colchão até o apartamento, quando relatei a situação, a atendente me respondeu: mas foi entregue? Enfim, se você quiser ter dor de cabeça então pode ir com essa transportadora.

I got in touch again, asked them to deliver again on the 15th and in the afternoon, they said they didn't deliver in the afternoon, finally they didn't deliver again and I received the mattress on the 16th (guess what, in the afternoon), the delivery men REFUSED to use the service elevator and take the mattress to the apartment, when I reported the situation, the attendant replied: but was it delivered? Anyway, if you want to have a headache then you can go with this carrier.

Fato ocorrido no KM105 - Sentido Sul da SP330 - RODOVIA ANHANGUERA às 6:45 do dia 08/03/2022
O condutor fez a transposição da faixa sem atentar ao meu veículo. Simplesmente fazendo a troca de faixa "jogando" o Caminhão VOLVO VM 270 e minha direção. Se não fosse minha atenção na via e um excelente freio do meu veículo, neste momento estaria "pegando" os pedaços do meu carro na via.
Solicito a equipe de Gestão de Transporte o devido feedback ao condutor.

The driver crossed the lane without paying attention to my vehicle. Simply doing the lane change "throwing" the VOLVO VM 270 Truck and my steering. If it wasn't for my attention on the road and an excellent brake on my vehicle, at this moment I would be "picking up" the pieces of my car on the road.
I ask the Transport Management team for proper feedback to the driver.
