Porque estou tentando falar com o corretor há quase uma semana e o mesmo não faz a menor questão de sanar minhas dúvidas ou me ajudar no processo. Outra coisa, mentiu descaradamente sobre ter me enviado mensagem. Sem contar no completo descaso e demora por parte da equipe responsável em cuidar das redes sociais. UM COMPLETO LIXO. Procurem um lugar que ao menos se importem com o atendimento ao cliente!
Without a doubt the worst service I have ever had. Or rather the lack of it, right? Because I've been trying to get in touch with the broker for almost a week and he doesn't care to answer my questions or help me in the process. Another thing, he blatantly lied about texting me. Not to mention the complete neglect and delay on the part of the team responsible for taking care of social networks. A COMPLETE TRASH. Look for a place that at least cares about customer service!
