Na verdade o produto demorou para chegar e ninguém atendia o telefone. Logo após o produto chegou aqui em casa. Agradeço a preocupação.
 I ordered a product and it was not delivered to me. The store closes at 6:00 pm and I called to find out what had happened to my product, they did not answer me and it was 4:00 pm.
In fact the product took a long time to arrive and no one answered the phone. Right after the product arrived here at home. I appreciate the concern.
