★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível tem um funcionário que acha que o criente é obrigada a descobrir as coisa que são da loja e me pediu para ler o que estava escrito no sait.Se fosse para mim ler eu não teria ido lá e sim tivesse comprado direto no Sait .Estava com 6.000 no bolso. A gerência tem que avaliar melhor os funcionários.Esta ocupado vaga de quem quer realmente trabalha.Estava achando que estava no estúdio de foto em vez de atender melhor as pessoas porque é dali que sai o salário dele.
Horrible, there is an employee who thinks that the child is forced to discover the things that belong to the store and asked me to read what was written on sait. with 6,000 in his pocket. Management has to better evaluate employees. There is a occupied vacancy for those who really want to work. I was thinking that I was in the photo studio instead of serving people better because that's where his salary comes from.

I decided that I wanted a vertical vacuum cleaner today. I went to Magazine Luiza. There I found more than I wanted...an efficient, cheerful, friendly and even smiling service, the employee Juliana. It was excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já entrei várias vezes e saí sem nenhum atendimento. Os vendedores estão mais preocupados em conversar. Sem contar que a loja não tem departamentos. Na fila de retirada eles fazem cadastro de cartão, saem para atender pessoas que chagaram depois, vão para outro setor. Magazine de PONTE NOVA nunca mais. Vincular estabelecimento nessa loja é pedir pra passar vergonha.
I've been in several times and left with no response. Salespeople are more concerned with talking. Not to mention that the store has no departments. In the pick-up queue, they register a card, go out to meet people who arrived later, and go to another sector. NEW BRIDGE Magazine never again. Linking an establishment to this store is asking to be ashamed.
