★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez me decepcionei com o atendimento nas lojas Ponto Frio...cheguei e vários vendedores conversando entre si e apenas a faxineira me olhou e desejou boa tarde...comecei procurar o q desejava mas não estava encontrando, qdo um vendedor q ja estava finalizando um atendimento pediu pra mim aguardar q terminando ele viria me atender, detalhe demorou bastante e dps ele não apareceu....fui então a outro setor da loja onde um terceirizado das lojas claro q não poderia me atender precisou ficar chamando vendedores pra ver quem poderia me atender, até q apareceu a vendedora pra me atender. Eu comprei o q precisava pq fui ao estabelecimento para comprar e não pra ficar pesquisando preços mas lamento ter caído tanto a qualidade dos profissionais em atendimento
 For the first time I was disappointed with the service in Ponto Frio stores ... I arrived and several vendors talking to each other and only the cleaning lady looked at me and wished me good afternoon ... I started looking for what I wanted but I was not finding, when a seller was already finalizing a service asked me to wait q ending he would come to meet me, detail took a while and he did not appear dps .... I went to another sector of the store where a outsourcer of the stores of course could not meet me had to stay calling sellers to see who could answer me, until the saleswoman came to see me. I bought what I needed because I went to the store to buy and not to be looking for prices but I regret having dropped both the quality of the professionals in service
