â â â â â 03/12/2021- Creio que nĂŁo volte mais a comprar na loja. ATENDENTES AGIRAM DE MĂ FĂ COMIGO. Sempre faço compras online para retirar na loja, dessa vez fui retirar um produto e ao receber do atendente, o mesmo me falou que seria necessĂĄrio fazer uma atualização de cadastro pois meus dados estavam todos desatualizados, achei estranho pois sempre compro e meus dados estavam atualizados, mas o atendente insistiu, pediu pra tirar foto minha e no final ainda pediu pra eu assinar no celular da loja, confirmando a alteração do cadastro, entĂŁo vi que abaixo da assinatura falava de ADESĂO DE CARTĂO, porĂ©m NĂO SOLICITEI CARTĂO, MUITO MENOS AUTORIZEI.
Ao questionar mais uma vez ao atendente o porquĂȘ da assinatura, jĂĄ que SE TRATAVA DE UMA ALTERAĂĂO de dados e NĂO SOLICITAĂĂO DE CARTĂO, o mesmo junto com mais 2 atendentes falaram que era assim mesmo, que estava acontecendo com outras pessoas e que o cartĂŁo chegaria na minha casa, mas eu nĂŁo precisaria desbloquear se nĂŁo quisesse, mas que para atualizar os dados eu precisaria assinar. Resumindo: Deixo aqui minha INSATISFAĂĂO COM O OCORRIDO, espero que isso SEJA REVISTO, que as informaçÔes de serviços sĂŁo sejam omitidas, sejam CLARAS e que nĂŁo aconteça com outras pessoas.

I always shop online to pick up at the store, this time I went to pick up a product and when I received it from the attendant, he told me that it would be necessary to update my registration because my data was all out of date, I found it strange because I always buy and my data was up to date , but the attendant insisted, asked to take my picture and at the end he asked me to sign on the store's cell phone, confirming the change of registration, so I saw that below the signature it spoke of CARD ADMISSION, but I DIDN'T REQUEST A CARD, LESS I AUTHORIZED .
When questioning the attendant once more about the reason for the subscription, since IT WAS A CHANGE of data and NO CARD REQUEST, he and 2 more attendants said that it was just like that, that it was happening to other people and that the card would arrive at my house, but I wouldn't need to unlock it if I didn't want to, but to update the data I would need to sign. In short: I leave here my DISSATISFACTION WITH THE OCCURRENT, I hope this IS REVIEWED, that the information about services is omitted, is CLEAR and that it does not happen to other people.

Pessoas muito humanas e compreensĂveis, fui buscar um produto, e demorou um pouco. O atendente foi muito gentil e pediu desculpas pela demora.
Mas vi que a demora nĂŁo era por causa dele.
