★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz questão de vir avaliar a Empresa Magic Toy após um problema que tive com a marca. Em FEV de 2020 comprei uma Motoca da Turma da Mônica dessa marca porque a vizinha tinha um há muitos anos e vi que o produto é resistente. Mas já nos primeiros dias, um dos pedais começou a se soltar a cada vez que minha bebê começava a pedalar. Pensei, poxa eu já sei que a marca é boa, mas infelizmente o pedal da motoca da minha filha veio com defeito. Liguei para a Empresa e me transferiram a ligação, esperei um pouquinho e fui muito bem atendida. Já me passaram o número de protocolo e informaram que enviariam a peça inteira da roda com pedais em alguns dias. Isso foi numa sexta e já na quarta terça feira recebi na minha casa, tudo direitinho e bem empacotado. Problema resolvido! Fiquei muito feliz com a consideração e o pronto atendimento por parte da Empresa Magic Toy. Me fidelizaram a partir daí como cliente. Obrigada e parabéns pelo trabalho feito com seriedade e respeito!
I made a point of coming to evaluate the Magic Toy Company after a problem I had with the brand. In FEV 2020 I bought a Motorcycle from Turma da Mônica by this brand because the neighbor had one for many years and I saw that the product is resistant. But in the early days, one of the pedals started to come off every time my baby started to pedal. I thought, hey, I already know that the brand is good, but unfortunately my daughter's motorcycle pedal came with a defect. I called the company and they transferred the call to me, waited a little and was very well attended. I have already been given the protocol number and informed that they would send the entire part of the wheel with pedals in a few days. That was on a Friday and on the fourth Tuesday I received it at my house, everything neat and well packaged. Problem solved! I was very happy with the consideration and prompt service from the Magic Toy Company. They made me loyal from there as a customer. Thank you and congratulations for the work done with seriousness and respect!

Trabalhar neste lugar foi e será sempre um orgulho pra mim, pq foi lá que aprendi,como nós chamamos a empresa mãe sim é assim que chamamos ,sabe por quê pq ?pq têm um coração ? enorme uma empresa que contrata pessoas da mesma família.Pq não atrasar salário fiquei lá 7anos e meio sai pq fis o curso de enfermagem e precisei ir trabalhar na aria .Mas veio a pedemia do covid, por motivos pessoais não quis exercer a empresa mi chamamou de volta,e lá estou novamente .

Because I didn't delay salary I stayed there for 7 and a half years I left because I took the nursing course and had to go to work at the aria.
