 They made an appointment to arrive at 7:30 am and after making me wait an hour, they told me that the doctor would only start attending at 9 am. Terrible!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de ultrassom que fiz foi impecável, profissional de gabarito. A nota baixa vai pelo serviço das recepcionistas, deixam várias pessoas acumulando na recepção devido a lentidão no atendimento. Fiquei 30m esperando um resultado que sei ter ficado pronto em 10m. Normalmente isso já seria um problema de processo, com a Covid pior ainda.
The ultrasound service I did was impeccable, professional, feedback. The low score goes to the receptionists' service, leaving several people accumulating at the reception due to the slow service. I was 30m waiting for a result that I know was ready in 10m. This would normally be a process problem, with Covid even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não me avisaram que teria que chegar com 15 minutos de antecedência para realizar o ultrassom, simplesmente quando cheguei o médico tinha ido embora. Pegaram meu contato, mas nem para me ligar avisando, nem nada! Falta de atenção com o paciente!
They didn't tell me that I would have to arrive 15 minutes in advance to perform the ultrasound, just when I arrived the doctor had left. They got my contact, but not to call and let me know, or anything! Lack of attention to the patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo..tinha agendado um horário, a recepcionista pediu para ir antes, porque alguns pacientes tinham cancelado, chegando lá fiquei quase 2 horas esperando, uma falta de respeito com o paciente . É uma clínica que não indico para ninguém.
Terrible service... I had scheduled a time, the receptionist asked me to go before, because some patients had canceled, when I got there I was waiting for almost 2 hours, a lack of respect for the patient. It's a clinic that I don't recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com atendimento. Não cumprem horário de agendado, não respeitam os preferenciais. Estou aqui antes das 15 horas e ainda não fui atendida e eu sou preferencial. Primeira e última vez que venho aqui.
I am disappointed with service. They don't meet scheduled hours, they don't respect the preferential ones. I'm here before 3 pm and I still haven't been answered and I'm preferred. First and last time I come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive essa clínica de imagem na torre , e sinceramente , a impressão que tive é que os funcionários estão de mal com a vida , uma falta de cordialidade , parece que estão falando com cavalo , impressionante como cada dia que passa fica pior , falta treinamento e mais humanidade no trato, talvez estejam insatisfeitas com os donos da empresa! E aí traram mal os clientes , se Deus quiser não volto mais .
I went to this image clinic in the tower , and honestly , the impression I got is that the employees are in a bad way , a lack of cordiality , it seems that they are talking to a horse , impressive how each day that passes gets worse , lack of training and more humanity in the treatment, maybe they are dissatisfied with the owners of the company! And then they brought the customers badly, God willing, I won't be back.

Se uma mulher que nunca fez mamografia de mama é tem acima de 40 anos não pode fazer o exame, isso explica perfeitamente o grande índice de morte por câncer de mama. Eu fiz a última mamografia em Portugal, voltei ao Brasil e não tive condições de retornar ao país e meu último exame ficou lá, por isso, não pude ser atentida por essa clínica, simplesmente porque não tenho o exame anterior.
Pode isso CRM ? É assim que tratam osas pacientes?
This place should be banned. If a woman who has never had a breast mammogram and is over 40 years old cannot have the exam, this perfectly explains the high rate of death from breast cancer. I had my last mammogram in Portugal, I returned to Brazil and was unable to return to the country and my last exam was there, so I couldn't be attended by this clinic, simply because I don't have the previous exam.
