San Francisco Memorial Hospital, total disregard for patients, a single receptionist to attend to several patients; the ombudsman does not answer, and nobody can do anything, this is shameful, I ask the hospital management to take the appropriate measures to solve this shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui como acompanhante e como paciente e em ambas as experiências o atendimento que eu presenciei foi péssimo. São poucos da equipe que se salvam. Higiene do local duvidosa e ar condicionado cheio de mofo.
I've been as a companion and as a patient and in both experiences the care I witnessed was terrible. Few of the team are saved. Doubtful hygiene of the place and air conditioning full of mold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe tinha um exame de angiografia cerebral agendado para as 10h de hoje, com recomendação de 8h de jejum de sólidos e 4h de jejum de líquidos. São 14h10min e ela ainda não realizou o exame. Sequer colocaram no soro. Qualquer pessoa sabe que o risco de lesão renal por uso de contraste aumenta se o paciente estiver desidratado e o hospital não tem o mínimo de cuidado e humanização. Sem falar do atraso que é um absurdo em si. Negligência não define o suficiente o descaso com os pacientes.
My mother had a cerebral angiography exam scheduled for 10 am today, with a recommendation of 8 hours of fasting from solids and 4 hours of fasting from liquids. It's 2:10 pm and she still hasn't taken the exam. They didn't even put it in the serum. Anyone knows that the risk of kidney damage from the use of contrast increases if the patient is dehydrated and the hospital does not have the least care and humanization. Not to mention the delay which is absurd in itself. Negligence does not define enough neglect with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aproximadamente 1:40h somente para passar na triagem. Tinham exatas 9 pessoas na minha frente. Sistema péssimo. Atendente preenche 3 fichas a mão com as mesmas informações. Depois de passar com o médico que me encaminhou para medicação, perderam minha guia dos remédios. Tive que discutir com a enfermeira afirmando que deveria tomar os remédios e ela alegando que não, que eu deveria ir embora.
Durante todo o tempo o chão estava sujo de sangue e ninguém limpou.
Approximately 1:40h just to pass the screening. There were exactly 9 people in front of me. Bad system. Attendant fills in 3 forms by hand with the same information. After going through with the doctor who referred me to medication, they lost my medication tab. I had to argue with the nurse saying I should take the medication and she saying no, that I should leave.
All the while the floor was covered in blood and nobody cleaned it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deveria melhorar na parte de contratação de médicos da emergência e urgência. o descaso... fui no dia 01/05/2022 mais ou menos umas 6h d amanhã. e não gostei, pior, uma dor na coluna terrível mal andava e me esqueceu na parte da medicação, na passagem do plantão dele nem falou que eu tava lá, a minha companheira foi atrás dele e quem tava era uma médica e disse que nãos sabia da Minha existência, não passou nenhum exame. horrível experiência péssima, sou de Pernambuco e sinceramente nunca fui atendida assim. a parte da enfermagem foi ótima, muito atenciosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, 2hrs para classificação + 2hrs para guichê + 2hrs para atendimento. Cheguei era 10:00 fui sair 16:00 horas. Tem hospital público com atendimento muito melhor. Um único médico para tudo.
Time-consuming service, 2hrs for classification + 2hrs for counter + 2hrs for service. I arrived at 10:00 am and left at 4:00 pm. There is a public hospital with much better care. One doctor for everything.
