★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumpre parcialmente sua função aqui em Minas Novas, tem muito gargalo no atendimento ao público, principalmente no horário da manhã, onde tem muito acúmulo de pessoas, pouquíssimos funcionários pra cobrir a demanda, horário da tarde geralmente mesmo tendo menos fluxo de pessoas, a espera por atendimento chega a ser até mais de 1hora, serviço de entrega de correspondências enfrenta bastante demora em bairros mais afastados do centro, sendo que concentram as entregas mais no fim da tarde, alguns funcionários são bem prestativos, atenciosos e educados, agora após não atenderem mais banco postal nota se uma boa melhora no atendimento...
