Eu não tinha esperança, mas a equipe do Mais Notebook conseguiu ressucitá-los (rsrsrs). Tivemos alguns problemas técnicos, que julgo normais, mas sempre fui bem e prontamente atendido. Recomendo.
We had a laptop and a pc at home. We decided to upgrade to mainly help with the children's online classes. I had no hope, but the Mais Notebook team managed to revive them (lol). We had some technical problems, which I think were normal, but I was always well and promptly attended to. I recommend.

I had a big problem with my notebook: it came to them literally “detonated”, broken screen, inside damage due to some naughty kittens I have at home. Well, in addition to the super affordable and fair price, I looked for my not and it looked like another, impeccable chemical bath. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava procurando por uma assistencia para o meu notebook e que podesse me atender com urgencia, pois não podia ficar sem o equipamento, por questoes de trabaho, encontrei a #MAISNOTEBOOK atraves do GOOGLE, entrei em contato e expliquei a minha situação, me deram uma baita explicao via WhatsApp, então levei meu equipamento ate a loja fisica, ao chegar fui super bem atendido, os meninos ja estavam praticamente me aguardando, formalizarama a entrada do meu equipamento na loja, me entregaram uma ordem de serviço com EXATAMENTE tudo que tinham me passado via WhatsApp, abriram meu notebook na minha frente e me mostraram onde estava o problema, fizeram o reparo e em menos de 2 horas eu ja estava com o meu equipamento montado e sendo entregue para mim. So tenho a agradecer por toda essa equipe, desde o atendimento online ate o atendimento final...Obs. a limpeza que fizeram deixou impecavel, com brilho e um cheirinho de novo..rsrsr.....sempre vou recomendar voces, continuem assim, MUITISSIMO OBRIGADO.
I was looking for assistance for my notebook and that could assist me urgently, as I couldn't be without the equipment, for work reasons, I found #MAISNOTEBOOK through GOOGLE, got in touch and explained my situation, they gave me a a lot of explanation via WhatsApp, so I took my equipment to the physical store, upon arrival I was very well attended, the boys were practically waiting for me, they formalized the entry of my equipment into the store, they gave me a work order with EXACTLY everything they had. passed via WhatsApp, they opened my notebook in front of me and showed me where the problem was, they did the repair and in less than 2 hours I had my equipment assembled and being delivered to me. Tudo com muita transparência e profissionalismo. Agora já tenho um lugar para correr assim que der algum problema com meu notebook. Aproveitei e comprei a fonte de carregamento do meu notebook lá também.
I took my notebook that was trying to recover the HD for 2 days and I was super well attended. The boys explained to me exactly what was happening and the next day everything was resolved.
