A 10 meses atrás comprei dois pneus remolds. Para minha surpresa, PNEUS de péssima qualidade, um está todo rachado ao ponto de estourar ou abrir a qualquer momento e o outro se abriu com o carro em movimento, graças a Deus não aconteceu nenhum acidente cmg, pois estava em baixa velocidade . Fui até a loja para mostrar o ocorrido e solicitar a garantia mas os funcionários me atenderam muuuito mal e a vendedora ainda teve a cara de pau de querer me vender o mesmo pneu da mesma marca, pois é... inacreditável! Não recomendo essa loja e seus produtos pois na hora da venda disseram q a garantia iria ser de um ano e não foi! Isso serve de lição para na hora da compra procurar loja de procedência para não sair LESADO! NÃO INDICO ?
TERRIBLE QUALITY TIRE ? HORRIBLE SERVICE
10 months ago I bought two remolds. To my surprise, TIRES of poor quality, one is all cracked to the point of bursting or opening at any moment and the other one opened with the car in motion, thank God no accident happened, because it was at low speed. I went to the store to show what happened and ask for the warranty, but the employees treated me very badly and the saleswoman even had the nerve to want to sell me the same tire of the same brand, because it's... unbelievable! I don't recommend this store and its products because at the time of sale they said the warranty would be one year and it wasn't! This serves as a lesson to look for at the time of purchase to look for a store of origin so you don't get INJURED! DO NOT RECOMMEND ?
