★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente há 9 anos. Comprei 4 pneus, um deformou, pneu é item de segurança e essencial em um veículo, estão colocando mil dificuldades em realizar a garantia. Perderam o cliente e perderão muito mais. Não recomendo. Há barato que sai caro, garantia enganosa, tem todos os dados e estão exigindo o certificado de garantia, quando o pneu deformou na estrada. Poderiam ter resolvido rapidamente. Não comprem com eles.
I was a customer for 9 years. I bought 4 tires, one deformed, a tire is a safety and essential item in a vehicle, they are putting a lot of difficulties in fulfilling the warranty. They lost the customer and will lose a lot more. I do not recommend. There are cheap ones that are expensive, false warranty, they have all the data and they are demanding the warranty certificate when the tire deformed on the road. They could have resolved it quickly. Don't buy from them.
