★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A podóloga Teresa é ótima, mas a recepcionista, como atendente, é um belo cavalo. Tem preguiça de procurar o horario que o cliente deseja, com o profissional que o cliente deseja. E quando você pede pra trocar horário ou profissional, ela simplesmente te pede pra esperar na linha e fica falando mal do cliente que está no telefone, com quem estiver na recepção, reclamando que o cliente pediu pra trocar. Péssima profissional. Se é que isso pode ser chamada de profissional. Deve ser demitida!!! Uma pena um estabelecimento bom, ter um jumento à frente da recepção.

Agendei novamente e mais uma vez, outra profissional não compareceu. Me avisaram em cima da hora e aceitei ir uma hora depois. Lá chegando a profissional estava terminando um atendimento. Aguardei e depois de 10 minutos do horário, perguntei se estava terminando. Ainda precisava aguardar meia hora. Péssimo atendimento. Zero profissionalismo. NAO INDICO!!!
I made an appointment and went there. Arriving they informed me that the professional that would attend me was not and they forgot to let me know.
I booked again and again, another professional did not attend. They told me at the last minute and I agreed to go an hour later. Once there, the professional was finishing an appointment. I waited and after 10 minutes of the time, I asked if it was finishing. I still had to wait half an hour. Terrible attendance. Zero professionalism. NOT INDICATE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa tem dois tipos de procedimento. O serviço normal e o vip, que custa 45 reais mais caro e promete fazer hidratação e massagem. Pedi esse serviço completo na esperança de amenizar minhas dores nos pés. Qual foi minha surpresa que o serviço vip foi apenas ficar 15 minutos com os pés expostos a um vapor que sequer esquentou a superfície, quanto mais hidratar. Perguntei à profissional se era só aquilo e ela disse que sim.
Resumo, fujam da podóloga Fabiana e desse procedimento completo ou Vip. É uma enganação. A massagem só é feita se o cliente explicitar. Caso contrário, colocam vc somente numa fumacinha muito da mequetrefe.
Nota zero para a podóloga e para a gerência. Sou cliente há muito tempo de lá e gosto da podóloga Leda.

In short, run away from the podiatrist Fabiana and this complete procedure or VIP. It's a deception. The massage is only done if the client explains it. Otherwise, they just put you in a lot of mequetrefe smoke.
Zero grade for the podiatrist and management. I have been a customer there for a long time and I like the podiatrist Leda.
